We use Ascona measurement system to check profiles’ geometry. Thus, measurements are made much more often compared to traditional methods. Measurement report is always available and can be delivered together with the first sample or the first shipment.
Webster hardness control is the fastest and most convenient option to evaluate mechanical properties of extrusion profiles. Still, our lab also has more high-tech measuring instruments. E.g. Brinel hardness tester and tensile testing machine, as well as sample preparation tools. In this way, VMK lab can issue 3.1 Certificate, which indicates:
