The anodizing line is produced in Europe, and has a capacity of up to 4,000 tons of anodized profiles per year.
The line consists of galvanic baths, lifting mechanisms, ventilation systems and waste water treatment facility. Anodized parameters are set in accordance with trials made in our own laboratory. Our equipment allows to perform various surface treatments of profiles, and choose a wide palette of colors and coating thicknesses.
The maximum profile length is 7 meters.
The powder coating line is produced in Europe, the production capacity is up to 6,000 tons per year; the coating color is in accordance with the RAL scale.
The line includes a preparation chamber (tunnel type), a drying oven, a painting chamber, a polymerization oven and an overhead conveyor.
The equipment allows to paint aluminum and steel products with a maximum length of 7 meters.
The quality product must be packaged with care.
VMK profiles are packaged manually. In this way, we provide customer with a wide range of product packaging options.
